How long will Walgreens hold a FedEx delivery? ›

How long can a package be held at Walgreens for pickup? A package will be held for up to 7 days. After that, the package will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility, and your tracking information will be updated to show that your package is no longer being held for pickup at Walgreens.

How does FedEx® pickup and drop-off at Walgreens work? You can drop off a pre-labeled and pre-packaged FedEx shipment or you can pick up a package at your nearest Walgreens location. Find the photo counter or other FedEx signage in the store. A team member will scan your package if you are dropping off.

If you have a FedEx account, you can schedule a pickup online. A FedEx driver will pick up your return package from your home or business for a small fee. Or if you prefer, you can drop off your package at your convenience at a drop off location near you.

FedEx, UPS, and other delivery providers: It's a nice gesture, especially around the holidays. UPS doesn't have a specific tipping policy and while FedEx drivers are encouraged not to accept tips, the company's Global Gifts and Entertainment Policy states that they may accept a gift worth $75 or less.

FedEx Ground Pickup: FedEx Ground provides pickup service upon request, for an additional charge. For regular scheduled pickup customers, we assess the Weekly Pickup Fee to the account number associated with the regular scheduled pickup.

What is the Vacation Hold policy for FedEx deliveries? When you place a Vacation Hold, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground deliveries to your residential address are suspended for a date range you specify, up to 14 days. We'll resume normal delivery on the first business day after your specified end date.

Select Manage Delivery, then Hold at Location. Click Continue to acknowledge that requesting that your package be held for pickup may change your delivery date. You also have the option to cancel the request by selecting Nevermind.

It will be held for pickup as early as the same day of your missed delivery attempt. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility or shipper. Refer to your door tag for the pickup location and availability.

If you were not home when we tried to deliver your package, you can schedule a new delivery time on the FedEx Delivery page. On the page, simply select the 'Missed Delivery Card' from the dropdown menu and enter your tracking number, email address and phone.
